I've been jamming with a couple of dudes from As The Serpent Proclaimed lately, and it's been a blast, but we still need a 2nd guitarist and a bassist.

The name of this band is Crown The Bastard King, and we're going for a thrashy old school death metal sound. lots and lots of headbanging groove. we'll probably cover a Slayer song or two. not really looking to tour or get signed or anything, just party down and have a good time playing some sweet jams for all the good people of this fine city.

solos aren't vital, but a plus. gear is pretty crucial, but our guitarist works at Guitar Center, so if you need anything we can help you get it.

we practice in Ringgold, and ability to throw in on the rent for the space would be super cool (once we have a full lineup it won't ever be more than $30, but may go down if we share a spot with another band).

well we got kicked out last week. currently scoping another spot on Rossville Blvd but have yet to make it official.

were you playing past midnight? or did the owner ask you guys to play bluegrass on the stage in the middle while the flea market is open with two huge american flags on either side and you said you would just without the flags??

yeah, it was the 2nd one. but it was all a misunderstanding. we thought he said something else, but then we were like "yeah, we'll play with two huge american FLAGS." but then it was too late. the damage was done.
